Ranch Style Rice Soup Mix

Add mix to 5 cups of water. Stir and bring to a boil. Boil gently and continue to stir for
10 minutes. Add 1 cup (8 oz.) of quick-cooking rice and continue to boil gently and stir for 5 more minutes. Add cooked or canned chicken, shrimp, pork or beef. Excellent with Pico de Gallo, salsa or a can of beans of your choice.
