Chipotle Chicken Salad Mix

Combine this mix with 8 oz. of sour cream and 4 oz. of mayo. Stir and mix very well. Add 1 13 oz. can of chicken (chop fine or chunky). Add 2 cans of chicken for a hardier chicken salad mix. Add can of whole kernel sweet corn. (drain very well) Add can of black beans (drain very well).
Chill or refrigerate at least 2 hours.
